CLUB REGISTRATION
Due to increases in Insurance costs, the club has to increase Membership and Term fees.

Annual Membership Fee: |
$40 per child |
This fee covers compulsory registration and insurance with Queensland Gymnastics. Membership fees MUST be paid before children can attend classes or they are not covered by insurance.

TERM FEES
Each term will be based on school terms. The first two lessons in the same week will be $5 each and $2.50 for additional classes in the same week, payable by the term.
Invoices will be issued during week 1 of each term and must be paid by the due date. If fees have not been paid your child will be unable to attend classes until they are paid for.

Fees can also be left in the red box provided at the club. Missed classes WILL NOT be reimbursed at all, except family holiays, prolonged illness or injury, if Treasurer is informed beforehand. A letter from the doctor may be required. Reimbursements also apply when classes are cancelled by coaches or by rain and fees will be adjusted accordingly in the next terms fees.
UNIFORMS
The club colours are RED & BLACK. No loose clothing or school uniforms are to be worn to classes. All uniforms can be purchased through the club and Kay Teale.

All gymnasts require black track pants, club shirt and gym bag (optional) for competitions outside Weipa.
CLASSES
Coaches will be offering a variety of classes and parents will be advised of the timetable on/after Enrolment Day.
NEWSLETTERS
Monthly newsletters will be posted to this website and will be available to parents after each Committee Meting so please make sure you receive one. Spare copies available for the coach.
