Weipa Family Day Care Scheme is a Quality Assured, Licensed Child Care Service for children

0 -12yrs, provided in Careproviders homes.

We provide:

*The peace of mind of knowing the Child Care Act 2002, and Child Care Regulations 2003 are adheard to

*Children are cared for by registered careproviders who work under the Scheme's Licence

*Careproviders  all hold Suitability Cards and Senior First Aid Certificates

*Coordination Unit Staff do regular 'drop-in' visits at the Careprovider homes

*Hours of care are very flexible -full-time or part-time care, before and after school care,over-night care or emergency care is available, subject to availability.

*Careproviders offer a range of play and learning experiences to the children each day to stimulate and enhance their development and current interest levels

*A weekly playgroup is facilitated by the Coordinator for all Careproviders and children in care to attend.
